On our honeymoon in Iquitos we will take a contemplative canoe ride along the Ucayali River to share the water with Amazonian dolphins. Dipping into the waters we'll get a chance to swim and interact with these amazing and powerful creatures. As we make our way back to the lodges our guide will show us a host of other animals, from sloths to iguanas basking in the sun. This activity is included as part of the stay at the lodge, so this contribution will go towards the booking.

We are excited to take on a dugout canoe trip along the Amazon, navigating the creeks as the ribereños do. Following the rhythms of the water we will take a slow and meditative journey in our narrow canoe, spotting birds and monkeys darting through the trees. We will even try our hand at fishing for piranha! This activity is included as part of the stay at the lodge, so this contribution will go towards the booking.
